Biomat Aroma Stand SpecsThe Biomat Aroma stand is a stand on which you place your Biomat controller. This allows for a more convenient and safe placement of your digital controller. It also comes with an aromatherapy feature. Inside the stand are aroma pads where you can apply your favorite essential oil and it will emit the scent of essential oils during your Biomat healing session.

Each Biomat Aroma stand comes with a lavender aroma oil (not pure essential oil) but you can also use your own essential oils on the pads. 3-4 drops is recommended.

Set the controller on the aroma stand to clear counter space, or get the controller off of the floor. While you are lying on the Biomat, you can easily access the control and adjust settings.

GROUND SHIPPING

All orders shipped to US, Canada, Korea, or EU receive FREE SHIPPING.

**Orders with regular ground shipping go out Tuesday – Friday. Orders arrive in 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).**

The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. We can not “hold” submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. Order should be submitted with consideration to the processing and delivery times stated.

All items are shipped individually.

Deliveries cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking information via email.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 3-5 DAY (FOR US ORDERS ONLY)

**Orders with expedited shipping go out Monday – Friday.**

For US customers only, you have the option to expedite your order for an extra fee. These orders are given top priority in order processing.

Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Then it ships 2-3 day with UPS. So between time to process and shipment, it usually ends up being 3-4 days, but it can take as long as 5 days. For example, if you place an order at midnight on a Friday, it will not start processing time for the order until Monday. You would likely get it on Wednesday or Thursday the following week.

Our guarantee is to prioritize the express orders and ship them out as soon as possible, and expedite them with UPS, but we do not guarantee how many days it will arrive to you as there are many factors.

ALASKA

All orders shipping to Alaska are charged an additional $25 per item.

HAWAIIAN ISLANDS

All orders being shipping to the Hawaiian Islands must include a 4.712% general excise tax.
OAHU, – IN STORE PICKUP All orders being picked up at the warehouse in Oahu must include a 4.712% general excise tax. Orders for items that are in stock are usually available for pickup within the same day of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays.

CANADA:

The shipping quote for Canada does not include import fees such as customs and duty tax, VAT, brokerage fees, any other additional fees on any pickup/delivery charges. Import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery to the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs department for estimates or more info regarding these fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXPEDITED AIR)

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. These orders typically ship out Tuesday through Friday. Estimates for international shipping are provided, but due to fluctuation in international rates, a representative will call you after you place your order to confirm the final shipping rate if it’s different than what is on the website.

EUROPE (EU only)

Products shipped to EU Countries will be free of charge, just like in the United States.

EU Countries charge a Value Added Tax (VAT), which is the an important tax in EU Countries, and as a result, the percentage charged is much higher than in the United States.

This VAT is 21%, however, it is a tax that must be paid whenever any transaction occurs in any country in Europe.
Therefore, when products are sold in Europe, VAT must be charged and the tax must be paid to the government every quarter. Additionally, a customs duty of 7% is applied. VAT and customs duties must be paid regardless of whether the product is shipped from the United States or within Europe. VAT in Europe is equivalent to the Sales Tax paid when purchasing goods in the United States.
VAT EXEMPTION:  If the buyer is a company that holds a VAT license, then they do not need to pay the 21% VAT. Only in this case is the VAT exempt.

CHINA:

For China shipments, the quotes provided include import fees such as customs/duty tax and VAT. Import fees for these items are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery to the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs department for estimates or more info regarding these fees.
Note: At this time the Biobelt, and Detoxi Salt cannot be shipped to China.
YTO Express Shipping Service Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped up to 5-7 business days after credit card settlement excluding weekends and US/China holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND

Our shipping quote for Australia/ NZ does not include import fees such as customs and duty tax, VAT, brokerage fees, any other additional fees on any pickup/delivery charges. EMS/Australia Post Shipping Service Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are delivered up to 7-14 business days (without customs delays) after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

WARRANTY

Products Covered:

Biomat 7000MX (all sizes), Biomat 7000MX (all sizes), Biobelt 7000MX, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad, Quantum Energy Comforter, Alkal-Life 7000SL, Rejuvena 7000 The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

This warranty lasts 3 years from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Biomat / Biobelt / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.
  • Quantum Energy Pad / Quantum Energy Comforter: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
  • Alkal-Life: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the main unit and accompanying parts.

If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.

*Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, we will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.
*Three months to one year from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and the repair fee is 100% free. The cost of shipping the product back to the customer is free.
*Repair service up to 3rd year covers: electronics, heating, top replacement.
*Fourth year and onwards: If a top replacement service is needed, there is a repair fee plus the cost of the top. (see chart)

How to send product in for repair:

  1. Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
  2. Call us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
  3. Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.

Repair time: Estimated 3 weeks from date of receipt.

RETURNS

Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards

(not filled-out) and all accessories.
