We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported every step of the way.

If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How Returns Work

  • A Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested before sending any item back
  • Returns must be received within two (2) weeks fromthe date the RMA was issued
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectitems
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as items remain your responsibility until received
  • You do not need to return the quilted pad, that is yours to keep. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After 30 Days

Returns are not eligible after 30 days from the delivery date. If you are experiencing an issue beyond this window, please contact us for available support options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help guide you through the next steps.

Manufacturer Support & Care Program

Your product is backed by a manufacturer-supported care program.

  • Within the first year: If your product is found to be defective, it may qualify for a replacement through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
  • After the first year: A lifetime care program may be available through the manufacturer, offering replacement options based on product age.

Our team is happy to assist you in navigating this process.

Product Eligibility

To qualify for returns or manufacturer support, products must be purchased through authorized channels. Items purchased from unauthorized or third-party resellers may not be eligible.

If you decide to return the product, please respond via email to the original invoice so we can locate your order, and we will walk you through the return process.  It will expedite the process if you leave a message on extension 3 of our toll free number 888-800-8630.

After 30 days from date of delivery 0%

*Shipping costs to return products are paid by the customer as well as the shipping cost to you.  For a complete list of shipping rates deducted from refund in a return, click here.   

Please be advised that once the return is issued, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your credit card.  We will only return the amount to the credit card originally used in the order.
