We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer quality support with a real person (in the United States) to address any issues you might have if any. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund.
Once payment is received, you may cancel your sales transaction without any penalty within 7 days after receipt of the products for a refund or exchange. After 7 days from the date you signed for the package, the percentage for the return amount lowers, so be sure to contact us within the first 7 days to make sure we can get you a complete refund (minus the shipping.)
If you haven’t tried a Biomat before, you will definitely get a clear sense of how it is helping you within these 7 days, so don’t worry about not having enough time to make your final decision. Most of our customers feel a dramatic benefit within a couple of hours.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
If you are returning a Biomat of any size, you may keep the cotton cover that came with the Biomat as a complimentary gift.
Once you contact us and initiate the return, you can take another 7 days with the product and ship it the cheapest way so long as there is a tracking number. We need to have the package in our warehouse within 2 weeks of issuing the RMA number.
If you decide to return the product, please call us at 888-800-8630 and we will walk you through the return process. In addition to a phone call, it will expedite the process if you forward a copy of your invoice with the refund request. As it is time sensitive, please be sure to call as well.

Please be advised that once the return is issued, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your credit card. We will only return the amount to the credit card originally used in the order.
