Free shipping is offered to USA and Canada. Typically items arrive in 7-10 business days.
How Shipping Works
Each product page has a tab for Shipping, and information regarding cost and options are outlined per product.
Regular ground shipping to the US and Canada are free.
Outside the US and Canada, shipping rates are provided at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Please see below for more information per country.
International shipping is an estimate, and when you email us your exact address before placing your order, we will reply with the shipping quote. If you place an order and select International Shipping estimate, you will not be charged until we quote the exact price and you confirm you agree to the total price.
While we do our best to get your packages out in a quick and efficient manner, we cannot guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Any delivery dates provided by your UPS tracking email are estimates only.
** Packages come with insurance and require a signature to ensure the safety of your order. You can elect to remove the signature requirement, but you will also be removing the insurance protection and will be responsible if anything happens or the package does not arrive.
Alternatively, if you can’t be home for a signature, you can choose to have your package delivered to the nearest UPS access point and pick up your order at your convenience. Please put that in the notes of your order.
Expedited Shipping 3-5 days
For US customers only, you have the option to expedite your order for an extra fee. These orders are given top priority in order processing.
It will take as little as three and up to five days (but usually it arrives in 3-4 days (excluding holidays and weekends.)
**Orders with expedited shipping go out Monday – Friday.**
Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Then it ships “2nd Day Air” with UPS. So between time to process and shipment, it usually ends up being 3-4 days, but it can take as long as 5 days.
For example, if you place an order at midnight on a Friday, it will not start processing time for the order until Monday. You would likely get it on Wednesday or Thursday the following week.
Our guarantee is to prioritize the express orders and ship them out as soon as possible, and expedite them with UPS, but we do not guarantee how many days it will arrive to you as there are many factors.
Different Billing and Shipping Addresses
Because of the high value of our products, your order may be delayed if the shipping address is different from the billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

Change the shipping address within the same city/state. – $25 fee per item.
Designate an alternate date of delivery (within the allotted time frame provided by UPS) – $25 fee per item.
Back Ordered Items
If any item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately, so a claim can be made to our shipping carrier. If your order is incorrect or missing items/components, you must notify us within 7 business days from the date of initial receipt. Please have your order number or shipment tracking number ready upon claim request.
120 Volt and 220 Volt Items
120V Biomats, Bio-belts, and Alkal-Life Water Ionizer Systems are compatible with 100V~120V which is used in US and Canada.
220V Biomats, Bio-belts, and Alkal-Life Water Ionizer Systems are compatible with 220V~240V* which is used internationally.
If you are uncertain which voltage your country uses, please make sure to check and order the appropriate voltage since our products are not dual voltage.
The BioAcoustic Mat’s power adapter IS a universal voltage with a US plug. An adapter will be necessary to use in other locations
*In some cases, an adapter is necessary for the proper wall socket compatibility. (We do not provide the adapter).
Where Products Ship From
Richway & Fuji Bio Inc : The majority of orders in US are processed through the Richway USA office located in Honululu, Hawaii. This is the head office for North America. All North American repairs are processed here. Orders going to North America, South America, and Africa are shipped from the warehouse called Arkman Logistics in Illinois, USA. The warehouse is not open to the public but it is possible to pick up products in the Hawaii office.
Shaoxing Richway Trading Co., Ltd, China: Orders to destinations in China are shipped from the Chinese office.
Richway & Life Japan Corporation: Orders for Japan are processed and shipped from the Japanese office.
Australia: Richway has a warehouse in Brisbane, Australia, which ships the most popular products like the Professional and Mini Biomat. The warehouse is not open to the public.
Europe: Richway has a distribution center in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is only a warehouse and not open to the public.

VAT must be paid regardless of whether the product is shipped from the United States or within Europe.
VAT in Europe is equivalent to the sales tax paid when purchasing goods in the United States.
EU COUNTRIES:
During checkout, it will give you an estimate because the VAT changes per country. In the final invoice, your VAT will be adjusted to your country.
NON- EU EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:
If you live in a non EU country in Europe (such as the UK), you will be billed differently. The shipping rate is not subsidized so you will pay for shipping AND handling. You will also be responsible for paying any other taxes your country imposes such as VAT and customs fees. We will only charge you the shipping and handling rate to your address, unlike EU countries where we also manage and charge the VAT.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS
If an address error is not corrected before our shipping carrier makes its first delivery attempt, your order may be returned to the warehouse immediately thereafter. Re-ship fees will be assessed in these instances. Our shipping carrier does not hold packages for correction once they have attempted to delivery.
