Warranty

Products Covered:

All Biomats, Biobelt, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad, Quantum Energy Comforter, Alkal-Life 7000SL, Rejuvena 7000, Orgone Biomat, BioAcoustic Sound Healing Bed.
The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

  • Biomat / Biobelt / BioAcoustic Mat / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.
  • Quantum Energy Pad / Quantum Energy Comforter: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
  • Alkal-Life: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the main unit and accompanying parts.
If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.

Warranty Details and Repair Fees

To schedule a repair, please call us at 888-800-8630.
*  Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, we will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.

*  From two months to one year from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the repair office and the repair fee is 100% free. The cost of shipping the product back to the customer is free.

*  After one year, customer pays 10% of the current retail price for repair, and pays to ship back the product, and the repaired unit will be shipped back to you at no cost.  After two years, customer pays 20% of the current retail price for repair, and pays to ship back the product, and the repaired unit will be shipped back to you at no cost. 
*  After the third year, customer has the option  to get a replacement unit for 30% of the current retail price.  In this case, you pay to ship it back, and the cost to ship you a new unit is shown in the chart “Care Program – Cost to Ship Back Replacement Product.” 

*Fourth year and onwards: If a top replacement service is needed, there is a repair fee plus the cost of the top. (see chart)

How to send product in for repair:

  • Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
  • Call us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
  • Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking. Repair time: Estimated 3 weeks from date of receipt.

“Until I first tried the Biomat in November 2005, I relied on physical therapy and analgesics to control the pain I endured from multiple injuries I suffered over 25 years as an ironworker.
