Warranty and Care Program Biomat

When you purchase our products, you’re stepping into a system of long-term care and protection designed to support you for years to come.

If something ever goes wrong, you won’t be left figuring it out alone.

We help guide you through the entire process—from first issue to final resolution—so you always have clarity, support, and a path forward.

How We Support You

Most companies direct you to the manufacturer to work out a problem.

We take a different approach.

If something happens:

  • You contact us
  • We start by trying to diagnose the issue
  • We guide you through the process
  • We assist with submitting your claim
  • We stay with you until everything is resolved

You are supported from start to finish.


How to send product in for repair:
  1. Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
  2. Call us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
  3. Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.

Repair time: Estimated 3 weeks from date of receipt.

First Year Warranty

Full Protection & Replacement Support

During your first year, your product is covered by a full warranty.

First 2 Months (0–60 Days)
  • No service fees
  • No shipping fees
  • Full replacement support
  • We assist you every step of the way
Months 3–12
  • No service or repair fees
  • No handling fees
  • You cover shipping to the service center

Once received, your unit is processed for replacement and returned to you.

 The product must be returned during the first year to qualify for replacement

After Year 1
Lifetime Care Program

After your first year, your protection continues through the Lifetime Care Program.

This ensures that your product is protected for the long term.

If your unit stops working:

  • You can receive a replacement mat
  • You do not need to return your old unit
  • You simply pay a reduced service cost
  • Replacement is typically processed within 7–14 business days

 Replacement includes the mat only (not cover, or carrying case)

What This Means for You

You are never left without options.

Instead of replacing your product at full cost, you always have access to a structured, reduced-cost replacement path.

This builds long-term confidence in your investment and ensures continued use of your product over time.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from conditions beyond normal use or control, including:

  • Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
  • Improper installation or maintenance
  • Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse
  • Exposure to liquids, mold, mildew, or bodily fluids
  • Rust or corrosion
  • Environmental conditions or acts of nature

 A valid purchase history from an authorized distributor is required to qualify for warranty or replacement services.

Please include your Biomat Health order number when submitting your request so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We can not provide this service for customers of other companies, thank you for your understanding.

Controller Replacement (7000MX & 3000MX)

If your controller is not working as expected, the manufacturer provides a direct replacement process.

How This Process Works

  • A Return Authorization (RMA) is not required
  • You do not need to contact the manufacturer in advance
  • Write your name and shipping address on the outside of the box
  • You may send your controller directly to the address above

What to Include Inside the Box

Please include a note with the following information:

  • Recipient name
  • Recipient shipping address
  • Contact information (in case there is a fee)
  • A detailed description of the issue with the controller

Replacement Details


7000MX Controller

When the manufacturer receives your controller, it will be replaced with a recalibrated unit.

3000MX Controller
Replacement is available at 50% of the current controller price. The manufacturer will contact you to collect payment.
