Far Infrared Ray
The Biobelt produces far infrared rays, which are invisible waves of heat that have the ability to permeate deep into the body. These rays gently raise the surface temperature of the body, which is believed to enhance body functions on multiple levels. There have been numerous studies identifying the benefits of far infrared. A study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology has found far infrared sauna therapy improves cardiac function and clinical symptoms in those with Chronic Heart Failure. The authors concluded that repeated treatment improved vascular endothelial function.(2) Note: these studies apply to infrared energy, and were not performed using the Biobelt.
The far infrared rays emitted by the Bio-belt permeate the body deeply.

GROUND SHIPPING
**Orders with regular ground shipping go out Tuesday – Friday. Orders arrive in 7 – 14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).** The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. We can not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information. All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship. Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. We can not “hold” submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. WARRANTY
Products Covered:
Biobelt 7000MX, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pad, Quantum Energy Comforter, Alkal-Life 7000SL, Rejuvena 7000 The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.
How Long the Warranty Lasts:
This warranty lasts 3 years from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership.
What This Warranty Covers:
- Biomat / Biobelt / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.
- Quantum Energy Pad / Quantum Energy Comforter: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
- Alkal-Life: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the main unit and accompanying parts.
If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.

Repair service up to 3rd year covers: electronics, heating, top replacement Fourth year and onwards: If a top replacement service is needed, there is a repair fee plus the cost of the top. (see chart) *Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, we will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge. *Three months to one year from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the manufacturer and the repair fee is 100% free. The cost of shipping the product back to the customer is free.
How to send product in for repair:
- Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
- Call us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
- Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.
Repair time: Estimated 3 weeks from date of receipt.
