Suggested Usage:
Add 1 packet of Detoxi salt into a large glass of water (at least 8 oz) and dissolve completely. Intake with plenty of water to reduce the salty taste. Do this before getting on the Biomat. This can be done up to 3 times per day.
The suggested general use is 1 packet in water before going to sleep, and one packet in the morning on an empty stomach.
Try adding to fruits and vegetables to bring out the pure taste.
