The combination of these two materials assists in preventing moisture from entering while transferring moisture outward.  This advanced allergy-free material won't cause skin irritation and feels like silk upon touch! Screen Shot 2023-07-03 at 2.31.20 PMIt also contains Germanium.  Germanium is a lustrous, hard-brittle, grayish-white metalloid in the carbon group, chemically similar to silicon and tin.  Pure germanium is a semiconductor with an appearance similar to elemental silicon.  Germanium acts as a catalyst for oxygen binding in the human body, reducing the oxygen demand of the cells and promoting the production of endorphins.  Because of this, recovery from fatigue is quick.  Germanium is a detoxifying agent that removes toxic substances by combining toxic substances with oxygen because of its chemical properties with highly oxidizing oxygen atoms.  It is excellent for detoxifying heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, etc.

Controller Features:

It has the most advanced I.C. chip which cuts off electromagnetic waves. It is a control system with many convenient functions.Temperature up/down buttons on a touch screen controls the temperature of the BioMat. You will see the lights move up or down on the indicator screen.

  • Alarm: This light will appear if there is any malfunction.
  • Electronic Interception Light (Electromagnetic): Lights up to indicate the active blocking of harmful electromagnetic waves. Turns off or stays off if there are no electromagnetic waves to block.
  • F.I.R Indicator(Far Infrared): When you change the temperature, this light will come on and stay on.
  • Time Control: To set the length of time you want to use the Mattress. The light will change to a different time setting as you press the Timer Button.

1. Power On:

Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet. Connect the power adapter to the controller.  Press the power button on the controller to turn it on.

2. Power Off:
After the session is complete, press the power button to turn off the controller.

3. Bluetooth disconnect:

When press the power button to turn off the controller then Bluetooth will be disconnected.

4. Adjusting Volume :

Use the Volume adjustment buttons (+/-) to set your desired Volume.  The Volume will be displayed on the screen.

5. Adjusting Vibration :

Use the Intensity adjustment buttons (+/-) to set your desired Vibration.  The Vibration will be displayed on the screen.

6. Selecting Mode:

Choose and press the mode button to choose from the following options:

Note: Changing the music mode resets the 2-hour timer.

8. Safety Tips:

9. Maintenance:

Clean the mat and controller with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse the controller in water.

The manufacturer warrants the covered product to be free from defects and malfunctions at the time sold. “Defects” as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.

How Long the Warranty Lasts:

This warranty lasts 3 years from the date of delivery. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Biomat / BioAcoustic Mat / Orgone Biomat / Biobelt / Amethyst Pillow: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case.
  • Quantum Energy Pad / Quantum Energy Comforter: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the microfiber cover, internal cushion, comforter, and pillow case.
  • Alkal-Life: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the main unit and accompanying parts.
  • Rejuvena: This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the main unit, adapter, and USB charger.

If the manufacturer determines that such goods are defective, within the period of this warranty, they will repair or replace the parts free of charge for the first year. Repair or replacement for the second and third year requires a fee (see chart.) Repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer, and shall constitute the fulfillment of all manufacturer obligations in respect to the goods furnished under this agreement.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, ordinary wear, fading, failure to follow instructions and improper maintenance. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct result of negligence or misuse. This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of the manufacturer.

How to send product in for repair:

  1. Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
  2. Call us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
  3. Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the U.S. Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.
