Introducing people to the Biomat and our other products is easy

As a distributor, you can help people to develop their own connection to the products and let the product sell itself. If you have a practice or business where people can regularly experience the Biomat, becoming a distributor will be a way for you to help expose the wonderful benefits of these products, and be financially rewarded with an additional stream of income at the same time.

The best way to let others experience the products is by creating a safe, healing environment and playing relaxing music during their Biomat session. The Biomat is a very powerful detoxifier, so it is best to do the first demo for 30 minutes maximum and on no higher than level 3 (1st gold setting). Be sure to provide water, as it is very important to stay hydrated on the Biomat, much like after a massage.

In addition, if you have colleagues, co-workers, friends, and family who you also believe would benefit from the use of the Biomat and/or other products, there is an excellent pay structure available that supports teamwork and collaboration. This is a great business for people who care about wellness and health and selling a product that truly helps people.

How it Works

1. Sign up for a FREE Distributor Membership

First, register to become a distributor. You need only to activate it yearly, and no fees are required. You can sign up as a distributor at the same time as making your first purchase, or you can buy the product first, and sign up as a distributor later. Even if you buy something first and later sign up, you will still get credit for your first sale by acquiring business centers (which are inactive in the system in your name until you become a distributor.) Once you become a distributor and activate your business centers from your purchase, they will start to reward you when you start selling the products. You do not need to own a product to become a distributor. You will be loaned 1 business center if you haven’t purchased any product. But it will definitely help you to eventually have more business centers from a purchase of your own, and owning the product will help immensely when you are ready to start demoing the products and making sales.

2. Second, purchase $500 or more worth of product.

while it is not required to have purchased product to become a distributor, you will need to purchase product eventually in order to qualify for binary bonus checks. For every $500 of business volume spent in your name, you will receive business centers which will host points and generate bonus checks for a lifetime with no limits.

How You´ll Earn

1. Commission of Sales

Every time you sell a product, you automatically earn a direct commission for that sale (your own purchase does not count. This refers to new sales.) The company sends the check directly to you two weeks after your sale is shipped out. There are unlimited monthly earnings with no quotas. No tricks. No time limits. No earning limits.

2. Bonus Points Are Also Earned Automatically

You can also make residual income through the binary bonus payment system. As a distributor, you accrue what are called” bonus points” for each and every sale that you AND your entire down-line makes. The computer keeps track of these bonus points for you and stores them for you until they’re paid out. The points accrue in your business center until that center balances and pays. So you earn both by direct commissions for sales you make, and by collecting bonus points.

3. Product Certificates Buy More Products

In addition to a commission and bonus points accumulating, you will get what are called “product certificates” for 10% the value of the product you sold (for example, if you sell a Biomat Mini to someone at $700, you get a $70 product certificate). These can be applied to demo units for up to 70% of the product value.

Terms and Conditions

Richway & Fuji Bio Inc., herein referred to as the company, willfully accepts applications for new Independent Representatives, herein referred to as I.R., to market their products to retail customers. Whereas: the applicant herein is interested in becoming an I.R. and earning compensation for the sale of Company Products to the retail customer. Therefore, these persons enter and agree to the Terms and Conditions herein set forth:

To become a Distributor of Richway & Fuji Bio Inc., a person or legal entity must be sponsored by a current active Richway Distributor (in this case Holistic Devices LLC is your sponsor.) No purchase or investment is necessary to become a Richway Distributor.

1. All application details must be filled out completely and properly. Richway will not be responsible for loss of commissions or bonuses, nor delays in Distributor registrations due to errors by Distributors in preparing or sending in this application or other documents.
2. Distributor ID Number. Richway will issue each Distributorship a Richway ID number. Please use the Richway ID Number for all communications. Distributors are requested to use their ID number on their marketing materials and customer orders.
3. Distributor Limitation. Only one distributorship per person shall be given. All distributors must be of legal age as defined by the State in which the Distributor resides.
4. Agreement. As an independent contractor, the Distributor shall abide by any and all federal, state, county, and local laws and policies and procedures pertaining to the Distributor application, and/or acquisition, receipt, holding, selling, distributing, or advertising of company products.
5. The Distributor shall make, execute, or file, at his/her own expense, all reports and obtain licenses as required by law or public authority with respect to this application. The Distributor is solely responsible for the declaration and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes as they accrue because of the Distributor's activities and connection with this application.
6. The Richway business is to create customers by retailing Richway products, for their personal or family use. It is company policy, however, to strictly prohibit the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts solely for the purpose of qualifying for commissions or advancement in the marketing commission program. A Distributor may not load inventory, nor encourage others to load inventory. Failure to abide by this policy will result in termination. A Distributor must be able to document that at least 70% of products purchased have been sold. Distributors will be requested to prove retailing of products.
7. Orders paid by credit card may be placed by mail, fax, or telephone (which will be followed by the original copy of the order sheet or sales slip or receipt sent to Richway). Other payments must be made by mail. If special shipping is requested, the customer must understand and agree to pay additional charges by the carrier for such service.
8. A Distributor who sponsors other Distributors must accept and fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory sales management function in marketing products to the final consumer, educating these Distributors in the Richway Distributor's Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures, Richway Compensation Plan, and other business practices.
9. Distributors receive Bonuses based on the volume of Richway products sold by themselves or their marketing organization. The Richway Compensation Plan describes the calculation of Weekly and Monthly Bonuses. Weekly bonus checks are paid two weeks after proof in which the bonuses were qualified, and Monthly Bonus payments (sponsor Training bonus) are paid on the last weekend of every month.
10. Richway makes no claims or warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any claims for earnings and benefits, concerning their products, other than those included in the Richway's written literature. Any claims for earnings or warranties of any kind, or any advertisement of Richway products, must be approved in writing by Richway prior to dissemination.
11. The Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. Product Warranty term is 1 year. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product.
12. This agreement is not in force until accepted by the Richway Office. The term of this agreement is valid until the end of the year in which it was accepted by the Richway Office. A Distributor shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason upon submission of written notice to the Richway Corporate Office.
13. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, and all claims, disputes, and other matters between the parties of this Agreement shall be made in Honolulu, Hawaii.
